Managers and executives operating in a police and law enforcement setting need specialized leadership training and development. The Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion Centre has established a reputation for effectively preparing today's police leaders to work in an increasingly dynamic, complex and global law enforcement environment.
Courses offered

Conflict-Competent Leadership for Community Policing Program (CCLCP)
This program is offered over a 24-week period and is designed to equip managers, senior managers, and executives of law enforcement and government agencies with the skills and competencies to successfully navigate complex conflicts and restore social cohesion. -
Advanced Executive Leadership in Law Enforcement Microprogram (AELLE)
This program is offered over a 33 week period and is for senior managers and executives at the superintendent level (or civilian equivalents) with a focus on leadership using real world scenarios. -
Executive Development in Policing (EDP)
This program is offered over a 6 to 7 month period and is for senior managers and executives at the inspector or superintendent level (or equivalent) with a focus on Canadian police executive development. -
Strategic Policing through Action and Character course (SPAC)
This course strengthens the strategic management and leadership competencies of middle managers in the law enforcement community.
